Innovation

A new approach to the coating process lets us offer comprehensive industrial coating services. We always start by analysing the properties of the materials supplied by our Clients. We carry out these tests in specialised external laboratories. This helps us choose the right coating materials, unless of course the Client (which is common practice) imposes their own preferences regarding paint and coating suppliers. Next we run a trial coating. We re-analyse the results to check coating adhesion, the thickness of individual layers and to make an organoleptic assessment. Once specialists give a positive opinion, the product is shipped to the Client. Transport and securing of the final product is also our responsibility - we use special breathable tapes and polyurethane foams to protect coated parts. Goods are shipped using our own transport.

Liquid coating

We have three of our own service facilities located near Poznań. Thanks to our cooperation with the largest local paint shops, we can deliver very large volumes for our Clients in a short time. One of the key elements of our offer is the automation of the coating process. By using the latest automation systems, we ensure every part is covered with an even layer of coating, guaranteeing an excellent final result.

Classic coating is a technique that involves manually applying layers of paint to surfaces to achieve an aesthetic and durable finish. It is characterised by the precise selection of materials and traditional application methods, which provide deep gloss and longevity. Thanks to careful surface preparation and a multi-stage coating process, classic coating offers exceptional quality and elegance, ideal for projects requiring the utmost care.

Structural coating is a technique that creates a durable, textured finish on surfaces. Special paints and application techniques produce structural effects that are not only aesthetic but also resistant to damage and external factors. Ideal for industrial and decorative applications, it combines functionality with modern design.

Acrylic coating is a technique that uses paints based on acrylic resins. It is characterised by a fast drying time, high resistance to fading and excellent gloss. Thanks to its flexibility and ease of application, acrylic paint provides a durable and aesthetic finish, ideal for both automotive and industrial surfaces.

Powder coating

Powder coating is an advanced method of applying powder paints to metal surfaces, based on the electrostatic attraction of paint particles to the substrate, followed by curing in an oven at around 200°C. The resulting coating offers exceptional resistance to mechanical damage, corrosion and the effects of weather, which is critical for industrial parts that must withstand harsh operating conditions.

Mould design and manufacture - we prepare the design and a mock-up, then build the moulds used to produce the part.
Plastic part production - we offer production using modern technologies such as RTM, injection laminates, Unilam, ABS and many more.
Final coating - to finish, we provide high-quality powder or traditional coating, ensuring the durability and aesthetics of the product.
Delivery of the finished product - we deliver the final, fully finished product directly to the client.
